We are writing to share important news regarding a leadership transition at Alphacom Systems and Solutions Private Limited. After 12 years of dedicated service as CEO, Tushar M will be stepping down from his role. We extend our deepest gratitude to Tushar for his contributions to Alphacom’s growth.

Effective immediately, Hemant Kadam will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer. Hemant brings a wealth of techno-functional expertise and global experience in the banking sector, having led Innovation-driven digital banking initiatives across nine international markets, including roles at Citi, African banks, and GCC institutions like CIB and DIB. His proven track record in scaling AI-enabled businesses positions him ideally to steer Alphacom’s expansion into digital transformation, AI solutions, and management consulting, while strengthening our existing domestic and international operations.

Hemant holds a Master’s degree in Management, a background in actuarial science, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, further aligning his expertise with Alphacom’s strategic focus on innovation.

Dipti K and Paramjeet K will continue to lead Sales and Delivery, respectively, reporting directly to Hemant.
